Senior Technical Recruiter, SaaS Platforms

Our client is a rapidly growing global technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote talent acquisition team. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering and product talent across various international markets. As a remote-first Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be empowered to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interview processes and extending offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics, developing effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive landscapes. Proficiency in utilizing a range of recruitment tools, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, ATS systems, and other innovative sourcing platforms, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of dedicated technical recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, and engineering methodologies. Experience recruiting for SaaS products, AI/ML, cloud computing, or cybersecurity roles is highly preferred. You must demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a superior candidate experience is required.
