Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team. This position is based in **Bauchi, Bauchi, NG**, and offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent for a diverse range of clients across the technology sector. This involves understanding complex technical requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruitment, a deep understanding of various tech roles and industries, and exceptional candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and technical requirements. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment. Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Build strong relationships with clients and provide them with market insights. Mentor junior recruiters and share knowledge within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house tech environment. Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of tech roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment sourcing tools. Strong understanding of technical terminology and IT landscapes. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.
