Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in‑depth technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific talent needs and providing market insights.
  • Partner with clients to define role requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression.
  • Stay abreast of current technology trends, market demands, and competitor recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status, candidate activity, and time‑to‑hire.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering team development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity analysts).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of various technology stacks and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sales acumen and a results‑oriented mindset are essential.

Location

Hybrid work arrangement with a blend of remote work and collaboration at the client’s offices in London, Ontario, Canada.
