Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team in Lokoja, Kogi, NG. This is a critical, on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technology talent for our diverse client base. You will leverage your deep understanding of various tech stacks, software development lifecycles, and engineering roles to source candidates for challenging positions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies
  • Conducting in-depth candidate interviews
  • Assessing technical skills and cultural fit
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic recruitment advice
  • Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized platforms
  • Demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills, as well as a keen understanding of compensation trends within the technology sector
  • Involving in employer branding initiatives and networking events to enhance our client's ability to attract top talent

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, demonstrating a high volume of successful placements
  • Deep understanding of various tech stacks, software development lifecycles, and engineering roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team, contributing to our overall success
