We're seeking individuals who are willing to go above and beyond when needed, contributing to our shared goals and growth. • Help junior recruiters to identify right talent using boolean searches (And, Or, Inverted coma, Brackets etc), ensuring their daily/weekly/monthly numbers. • Collecting and analysing the requirements, sourcing, screening till conducting telephonic interview, salary negotiation & offer follow-up, and maintaining data. • Collecting and Analysing the requirements: Work with clients or seniors to understand the requirement and make search strings or Boolean strings to find candidates. • **Sourcing:** Search the best talent with exceptional boolean search from different sources like Naukri, open-source Social networking sites like LinkedIn, IIM jobs etc. other database and through various references given by the candidates. • Screening: Speaking to candidates, identifying the fitment, take required details in excel and sharing the same to clients. • Salary negotiation & Offer follow-up: negotiating and Coordinating with the candidate till the joining date. • **Maintaining data:** Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports in Excel such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports. • Requirement: • Hardworking, passionate to learn and earn, who is ready to stretch working hours if business needs. • A resource with good Communication skills and sourcing skills, who owns the requirements assigned and ensures the quality submissions on positions assigned. • Exceptional Sourcing ability and Excel knowledge (Lookups, pivots, etc). • *What will you get** • Experience a start up and become a hustler, with complete ownership of your P&L. • Improve skills like communication, and working in teams. • Become proficient in excel. • Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle. • Manage large recruitment events • *Please go through the FAQs to get all answers related to the given Recruiter job** • *- What is the eligibility criteria to apply for this Recruiter job?**
