Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent for our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for tech roles, understands software development lifecycle, and can manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and technical competencies
- Conduct technical assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Promote the company’s employer brand in the tech community and on social media
- Provide timely updates and metrics to HR leadership on recruitment status and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience in closing out C-suite roles across various Industries
- Experience using ATS, sourcing tools, and professional networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail‑oriented
Compensation
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per
