About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and closing complex IT roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in recruiting for technical positions across software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms. This role requires a proactive, ownership-driven recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring, partner closely with onshore teams and hiring managers, and consistently deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation. Software Developers (Java, Python, .NET, Frontend/Full Stack) Data Engineers / Data Architects DevOps / Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Business Analysts / Scrum Masters Conduct technical pre-screening calls to validate candidate experience, depth of knowledge, and communication skills. Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Ensure candidate experience is positive and professional throughout the hiring process. Track and manage candidate pipeline using ATS/CRM systems. 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably supporting US/Global clients. • Strong experience hiring for IT and engineering roles across multiple technology stacks. • Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English). • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. • Experience working with offshore recruitment models.
Prior experience supporting clients in Data Engineering, Cloud, or AI domains. Experience mentoring junior recruiters. Familiarity with ATS tools like Ceipal and recruitment analytics.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably supporting US/Global clients
