Senior Technical Sales Consultant

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid driver’s license
• External sales experience (technical/industrial/tooling/abrasives preferred)
• Knowledge of abrasives and industrial product applications
• Strong technical understanding of products and solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous
• Based in or able to operate within the Southern Cape region
• Familiarity with customers in George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn and surrounding areas advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively

Duties

• Growing turnover and market share within the allocated region
• Increasing customer coverage, activity levels and territory productivity
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Building strong, sustainable relationships with customers
• Promoting the company’s product offering, service levels and technical capability
• Providing practical product and application guidance where required
• Managing the territory with ownership, discipline and accountability

Salary

Basic salary plus commission, company car and fuel, Medical Aid and Provident Fund.
