About the Position

We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Technical Program Manager (f/m/d) to own the end-to-end delivery of our cutting-edge enterprise AI and software solutions. In this key role, you will report to the Product Delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer requirements into robust, production-ready implementations that consistently meet stringent performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Drive successful program planning and execution, managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment.
• Leverage your expertise in program management, technical project management, and stakeholder management to collaborate closely with Solution Architects, the Product Team, Professional Services, and Customer Success Teams.
• Utilize your strong technical leadership to ensure on-time, defect-free rollouts and seamless handoffs, directly contributing to measurable customer value, driving contract renewals, and enabling long-term organizational growth.
• Manage complex, high-visibility programs across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic & technical program/project management or SRE/DevOps roles within large-scale enterprise software implementations and successful program delivery.

Skills

• Technical expertise in Kubernetes/Containers, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Helm/Ansible), Networking (TLS, Proxies, Firewalls), Identity and Access Management (SSO/SAML/OIDC, RBAC), and Observability solutions (Logs, Metrics, Traces).
• Proven track record of delivering solutions in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, and navigating ITIL-based processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and leading cross-functional teams in complex, strategic programs.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and drive operational maturity through automation and standardization.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GitHub/GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform/Helm/Ansible, Kubernetes, ServiceNow, Jira, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack is a plus.
• Experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR is desirable.
• Experience with AI product deployments (e.g., model deployment, RAG, evaluation frameworks, policy/guardrail configuration) is advantageous.
