In the role of Senior Technology Product Manager, you will act as the product owner for the Wolters Kluwer CLC Business License Solutions product. Your mission is to collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, transforming complex functional requirements into scalable and high-quality product solutions that satisfy customer and business expectations.

This position operates in a hybrid model, with an expectation of being in the office eight (8) times per month, and reports directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Technology Product Manager, you will oversee the entire process of prioritization and execution for the product backlog, drive product delivery, and work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

  • Leverage AI Development: Utilize AI and automation to improve requirements definition, speed up delivery, and enhance decision-making for smarter workflow and product capabilities.
  • Own Product Delivery: Convert product strategy and functional requirements into clear user stories; collaborate with engineering for agile execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, iteration themes, and acceptance of completed work across multiple scrum teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technology subject matter expert in discussions with customers, partners, and vendors, focusing on systems and integrations.
  • Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with business stakeholders to grasp end-to-end workflows and customer impact. Facilitate alignment across business, PMO, Technology, and GTM teams to ensure that product enhancements scale effectively, with clear priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Customer-Focused Execution: Advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle by incorporating insights, usage data, and feedback into backlog prioritization and delivery decisions to ensure solutions address genuine customer needs and provide measurable value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development within enterprise environments.
  • Strong performance in distributed, matrixed organizations, demonstrating exceptional cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience applying AI and automation in product development for improved requirements and delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience within Agile/Scrum teams, managing delivery from concept to release.
  • Familiarity with software development and product analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Ability to work East Coast hours is required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with service operations/workflows, customer interactions, and/or scalable platforms.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).

COMPENSATION:

$118,300.00 - $207,400.00 USD

This role is eligible for a bonus.
