Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on Content Supply Chain transformation and Generative AI adoption within a global brand and marketing environment. This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of scalable content and AI-enabled solutions that transform how marketing content is created, managed, and delivered globally.
The ideal candidate will partner across Technology, Brand, Creative, Data & Analytics, and external stakeholders to operationalize a modern AI-powered content ecosystem. This individual should bring a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and business acumen, with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced global environment.
Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week and collaborating across US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the strategic roadmap and execution for Content Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including content intake, creation, review, distribution, and optimization
- Drive adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities across brand and marketing workflows
- Oversee cross-functional programs integrating platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, GenAI services, and enterprise data platforms
- Develop governance frameworks, intake models, and operational processes to support scalable content production
- Lead organizational change management and adoption strategies to maximize business value from AI and content technologies
Program & Delivery Management
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
- Define and manage program roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and key milestones in partnership with business and technology leadership
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Establish governance models, delivery frameworks, and best practices across global teams
- Ensure alignment across Technology, Brand, Creative, Operations, and external partners for seamless execution
- Communicate program strategy, risks, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints proactively while driving mitigation and resolution strategies
- Support initiative prioritization and resource allocation to maximize business impact and value delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, workflows, and team effectiveness
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment focused on experimentation, learning, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management delivering enterprise-scale technology and business transformation initiatives
- Experience leading Content Supply Chain, MarTech, Digital Asset Management, or enterprise content operations programs
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle processes including creation, review, approval, publishing, and distribution
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, or similar enterprise content management ecosystems
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and AI-powered content workflows
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, data, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience managing program budgets, timelines, and resource planning for enterprise initiatives
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or scaling AI/ML or Generative AI solutions within marketing, content, or customer experience environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud, Workfront, and modern creative technology ecosystems
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and program-level reporting/dashboard tools
- Industry background in CPG, entertainment, media, or consumer brands
- PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications preferred
