Senior Test Development Engineers

Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced test development engineers to work in validating our French customer’s latest design. Working on new product Test development of power controller devices, you will have the opportunity to research the technical requirements, validate product performance characteristics, and develop test solutions for high volume manufacturing on the latest ATE technology.

You will create a test development strategy, implement the full test solution from both hardware and software perspectives, acquire and perform statistical analysis of measurements, and perform full analysis of hardware and software solution reliability and robustness.

You will be required to work as part of the new product development team, working closely with design, evaluation, application and product engineers. You will be required to support production teams in activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction.

Main Roles:

• Drive feasibility study of customers’ demands and build the appropriate offer together with our sales team
• Specify test hardware (loadboards and probe cards)
• Develop and qualify the Test program for characterization and production
• Develop team expertise and competences
• Support production
• Contribute to test equipment’s strategy

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in developing test solutions on Automatic Test Equipment’s (ATE) like Teradyne/Flex, Advantest/V93K, or LTXC / X-series.
• Application of motivated engineers without the adequate experience will be also considered.
• Experience testing RF systems from 1 GHz to 6 GHz (but all frequencies considered)

Other Competences Required:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent reporting and communication capability
• Programming skills: Knowledge of C/C++, Visual Basic, Java, Labview or
• Good verbal, written, and understanding skills in English are recommended for this position.
