Job Description

What tasks await you with us:

• Planning, execution, and further development of prototype, qualification, and reliability tests in close cooperation with product and project teams.
• Development and implementation of structured test plans, as well as setup and management of test rigs and test systems.
• Analysis, evaluation, and visualization of test results, as well as creation of test reports and presentations.
• Performance of systematic error analyses and root cause analyses for sustainable problem-solving.
• Participation in the optimization of test processes, test procedures, safety standards, and technical documentation.
• Technical support and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, as well as active troubleshooting on prototypes and test equipment.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• At least a completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a practical engineering or testing environment.
• Sound knowledge of test methodology, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient handling of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as understanding of basic physical principles.
• Analytical thinking and strong data analysis skills.
• High degree of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and structured working methods.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
