About the role
The role
At the heart of the transformation agenda, you will directly contribute to the evolution of the Group’s operating model, the structuring of its activities, and the enhancement of overall performance. You will support senior leadership on high-visibility topics, combining strategic thinking with operational execution.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Structuring & Analysis
You will lead in-depth analyses on key transformational topics, including business evolution, organizational design, operating model optimization, operational performance, central functions, and integration of new entities. In this context, you will:
- Deliver high-value analyses and actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making at the highest levels of the organization
- Contribute to solving complex issues in transformation-driven environments
Transformation Management
You will actively contribute to the structuring and execution of the Group’s key transformation initiatives:
- Identification and prioritization of strategic workstreams
- Project scoping and roadmap definition
- Execution monitoring and delivery assurance
- Preparation of materials for governance bodies Depending on the context, you may also take direct ownership of specific projects.
Change Management
You will play a key role in driving adoption of transformation initiatives through:
- Definition of change management strategies
- Stakeholder engagement and alignment
- Dissemination of best practices and upskilling of teams
Your work will take place within an international environment, interacting with multiple entities across the Group.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional combining strong analytical rigor, strategic perspective, execution capabilities, and versatility.
Experience
- Previous experience within a consulting firm (strategy, organization, transformation), ideally with exposure to financial services
- or
- Significant experience in transformation and/or project management within a banking or insurance institution
Skills
- Strong analytical, structuring, and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency with performance management and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrix organizations
- Fluent English is essential
