Senior UI Designer

About

We are in search of a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior UI Designer to support a critical digital transformation. You’ll focus on translating defined UX flows into polished, production-ready UI within a third-party platform, while maintaining brand consistency, accessibility, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity, production-ready UI for core digital banking experiences (accounts, transfers, payments, login, enrollment)
• Translate defined UX flows into clean, accessible, consistent interfaces
• Work within a third-party, white-labeled banking platform and existing design system
• Apply brand standards within platform constraints
• Deliver clear design specs and assets to support development and QA
• Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, and vendor teams through build and testing

Must-Haves

• 5–7 years of experience in UI or product design
• Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout)
• Experience designing complex, transactional, or data-dense interfaces
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality
• Comfortable working within established systems and constraints
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual hierarchy, clarity, and usability
