Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in UX/UI Design (B.A.), Software Design & User Experience (B.Sc.), Human-Computer Interaction (M.Sc.), User Experience Design (B.Sc.), Product & UX/UI Design or comparable
• Approx. 8 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) in the software development environment, ideally with a focus on web applications
• Strong user focus and interest in software development
• Willingness to compromise and creativity
• Willingness for permanent on-site deployment in Arnstorf (20% home office)
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Your Challenges

• Conception and design of user-friendly interfaces for web-based software along the entire process from discovery to delivery
• Derivation of UX concepts from requirements, user feedback, and needs, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
• Further development of the Design System by building, maintaining, and scaling components, patterns, guidelines, and documentation for consistent UI across products and modules
• Creation of clickable prototypes in Figma for validation and coordination with stakeholders
• Close collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners to refine requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria with a focus on user value and feasibility
• Participation in agile Scrum or Kanban teams, including refinements, sprint planning, and reviews, as well as continuous optimization of design and handover processes
• Structured design handover to development, including specifications, component usage, states, and responsive behavior
