Senior UI/UX Designer - Arts & Entertainment

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our client's dynamic Arts & Entertainment technology company in Pune, Maharashtra, IN, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for various digital platforms and applications within the entertainment sector. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design process for user interfaces and user experiences on web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and guide design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts. - Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide for all digital products. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into visually appealing designs. - Optimize existing user interfaces for enhanced usability, accessibility, and engagement. - Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design choices. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the arts and entertainment industry. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team. - Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. - Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices. • *Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies. - Proven experience in designing for digital platforms, preferably within the Arts & Entertainment sector. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies and their application. - Excellent visual design skills with a focus on typography, color, layout, and interaction design. - Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate design decisions. - Experience in Agile development environments is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
