Senior UIUX Designer

As a UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading user research and design efforts across our digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in modernizing existing systems and creating new platforms and capabilities. Your role will involve significant ownership, autonomy, and influence in shaping user-centered design within our product development process.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions - Showcase end-to-end UX work including research, interaction design, and visual design in a strong portfolio - Design for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms - Design products incorporating AI-driven automated or intelligent workflows - Utilize modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. - Apply usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design - Work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight

**Qualifications:** - 5 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related discipline - Proficiency in conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work - Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools - Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight
