UX/UI designer

We’re looking for experienced UX/UI designer with strong banking experience.

This role suits someone who’s comfortable designing for high-volume, regulated environments, where clarity, accuracy and trust matter just as much as visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Designing user experiences for payment platforms, collections systems and financial dashboards
• Translating complex transaction logic into clear, intuitive user journeys
• Producing wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Collaborating with product owners, engineers and payments specialists
• Improving usability across end-to-end payment flows, exceptions and reconciliation views
• Applying UX best practices within compliance-heavy environments

Requirements

• 5+ years UX/UI design experience
• Hands-on experience in payments, fintech or financial systems (EFT, collections, transactional platforms, banking, payroll or similar)
• Strong portfolio showing complex system design, not just marketing or consumer apps
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Ability to simplify complex workflows without losing accuracy
• Comfortable working with developers and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for regulated or enterprise environments
• Exposure to real-time or high-volume payment systems
• UX research or usability testing experience
