Senior UI/UX Designer - Digital Platforms

Our client is seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design and enhancement of their cutting-edge digital platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective design solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of design principles, interaction design, and a passion for creating seamless digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for new features and products, from concept to launch. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides across all digital products. Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and user requirements. Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and adherence to design principles. Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Present design solutions and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders. Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices. Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives. Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design outputs. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to product roadmap discussions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a significant focus on digital product design. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Experience with creating and managing design systems. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborate with remote teams. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus.
