The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, from concept to launch. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (5-8 years).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
