Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

As Senior UI/UX Designer - Design System & Product UI Quality, you make sure that rapidly generated product UI looks and feels modern, consistent and product-ready. Memberspot builds a lot of UI through developers and AI-assisted workflows; your role is not to create every screen up front. Instead, you act as a senior design-system and product UI quality owner: you review implemented flows, identify visual and UX issues, improve the underlying design system, and translate learnings into clear components, tokens, patterns and rules that developers and agents can reuse.This role works closely with the existing Senior UX Designer. The goal is not to replace that role, but to increase the team's design-system capacity and create a strong quality loop between built product, Figma/design system, frontend implementation and AI-agent guidelines.
