Your Responsibilities

• Conduct design research to understand user needs and guide product strategy
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
• Perform user testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs
• Support the transition from design to functional mockups
• Design intuitive interfaces integrating AI features

Your Profile

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI product design, with a portfolio demonstrating the design of complex systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Strong command of generative AI tools to support production
• Experience with established design systems (creation and/or management)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience designing interfaces that integrate AI and intention-based interactions
• Ability to conduct effective user tests and translate results into design improvements
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can justify your choices to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding technical constraints
• Attention to detail and strong sensitivity to visual design
• Fluent English

Recruitment Process at Arneo

• Application review (3-5 days)
• Portfolio screening (30-min call with Talent Acquisition)
• Technical interview (1 hour with Head of Design and Senior UX)
• Design challenge (48h take-home, 2-3h work, paid €300 compensation)
• Final interview (45-min with Creative Director and HR)
• Total process: 2-3 weeks, remote-friendly throughout, clear communication at each step
