Senior UX Designer

About

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join agile digital product teams for a leading ecommerce brand. This role plays a key part in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences, with a particular focus on improving customer experience and optimising sustainable logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Design and deliver user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Apply an agile, iterative approach to design, using feedback and data to refine solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment while driving forward initiatives independently when required.

Requirements

• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Collaboration skills: a true team player who enjoys working toward shared goals.
• Digital design within Ecommerce, logistics or supply chain.

Details

• 12 month contract
• Payroll construction (No ZZp)
• ​​€80 per hour or $6k net monthly (based on 40hrs a week)
• Benefits include paid holidays, pension contribution and expenses

We are looking for a self-starter with strong collaboration skills and expert UX/UI design skills.
