Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end design for significant product areas, from concept to execution.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive product experiences.
• Translating customer insights and business objectives into clear and elegant design solutions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate ideas across teams.
• Contributing to and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocating for accessibility and inclusive design in all your work.
• Mentoring junior designers and strengthening our design culture.
• Presenting your design work with clarity and confidence to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX/product design.
• Proven ability to design complex products for broad, diverse audiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your leadership in product thinking and design execution.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma.
• The capability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with design systems and their development.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate team alignment around design decisions.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in mentoring or leading design teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows or data-intensive product design.
• A background in education technology or other complex, scalable industries.

Compensation

Our Total Rewards package is designed to support our employees fully. This position’s base pay range is between $77,100.00 and $110,000.00 USD, with an annual target bonus of 10% based on individual performance and company results.
