Seeking a Senior UI Designer with strong enterprise web and design system experience to support scalable, accessible, and conversion-focused digital experiences across a large B2B web ecosystem.

This role focuses heavily on component libraries, design governance, responsive UI, developer collaboration, and enterprise web consistency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable Figma components
• Define UI standards, interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsive behaviors
• Create documentation, governance rules, and developer-ready specifications
• Collaborate closely with UX, Product, Engineering, Content, and CMS teams
• Ensure consistent, accessible, and enterprise-grade web experiences

Required Skills

• 8+ years of UI/UX experience in enterprise web environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Enterprise web UI
  • Design systems
  • Component-based design
  • Responsive layouts
• Advanced Figma expertise
• Experience working with CMS-driven and component-based systems
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals and developer collaboration
• WCAG accessibility knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
