Key Responsibilities

• Leads and guides development teams to enhance user experience through creativity and skill
• Establishes design guidelines and best practices while maintaining a consistent design language across products
• Conducts user research and manages user personas to inform product design for various stakeholders

• Experience in training developers on creating design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes
