Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading user experience design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating intuitive, visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process for web and mobile applications, driving consistent, user-focused experiences.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices across teams.
• Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Measure and optimize user experience through iterative testing and feedback loops.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX, interaction, or product design.
• Expert knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Design-related discipline.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise applications.

Exact Salary

$140,000 per year
