Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading user experience design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating intuitive, visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process for web and mobile applications, driving consistent, user-focused experiences.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices across teams.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Measure and optimize user experience through iterative testing and feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX, interaction, or product design.
- Expert knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Design-related discipline.
- Experience in Agile software development environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience designing for complex systems or enterprise applications.

Exact Salary
$140,000 per year
