Senior UX Designer

Position Overview

Senior UX Designer – onsite opportunity in Manhattan, NYC. Lead the design of intelligent, user‑centered experiences for AI‑native enterprise software. Shape complex workflows, systems, and data into intuitive and adaptive user experiences. Work closely with leadership to influence product direction from inception. Perks • Competitive base salary with equity participation • Comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage and FSA, HSA, commuter benefits • 11 paid holidays and unlimited PTO • $1,200 annual fitness reimbursement and weekly paid lunch (Uber Eats stipend) Responsibilities • Lead UX strategy and design vision for AI‑driven enterprise software products • Design intuitive workflows that integrate human decision‑making with AI‑powered interactions • Translate complex systems, data models, and technical processes into clear, user‑friendly experiences • Create wireframes, prototypes, and end‑to‑end user flows for scalable, high‑quality products • Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product direction and strategy • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and continuously improve design outcomes Qualifications • Minimum 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design within enterprise SaaS environments • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction design, systems thinking, and complex workflow design for sophisticated products • Deep experience designing AI‑driven or data‑intensive products, including familiarity with emerging LLM interaction patterns • Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and experience with modern prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Proto Pie, Principle) • Experience with UX research and usability testing tools, and ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale across cross‑functional teams • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with rapid iteration cycles and evolving priorities • Bonus: Experience in service design, information architecture, systems modeling, or background in IT, Dev Ops, or other complex enterprise domains Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $150‑190k/yr plus performance incentives, and equity potential depending on experience.
