Senior UX Designer - Concept & Innovation

What You Will Do

1. Forward-Looking Design Exploration

   • Conduct experimental and exploratory concept design beyond current feature iterations.
   • Explore future product forms, interaction patterns, and UX directions for the cloud platform.
   • Validate new design concepts through prototypes.

2. Concept Design for Major Modules

   • Lead initial concept design for major feature modules.
   • Deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
   • Collaborate with the onsite team to drive implementation after review and alignment.

3. Design Collaboration & Implementation Follow-up

   • Collaborate with China-based UX and R&D teams.
   • Participate in the refinement process from concept to production.
   • Ensure design intent is accurately communicated during implementation.

4. Design Standards & Quality

   • Contribute to the development and optimization of the cloud platform Design System.
   • Ensure design outputs align with overall design language and quality standards.

5. Other Support

   • Occasionally support marketing-related design needs (e.g., exhibitions, promotional materials).

What We Are Looking For

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Design, HCI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and other mainstream design tools.
• Capable of independently delivering high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

   • Ability to conduct 0-to-1 design exploration.
   • Ability to translate ambiguous business directions into visual design concepts.
   • Experience in platform products or complex systems is preferred.

2. Visual & Interaction Skills

   • Balanced strengths in visual design and interaction design.
   • Ability to deliver designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and usable.

3. Collaboration & Communication

   • Ability to clearly articulate design intent and decision logic.
   • Ability to work effectively in remote and cross‑time‑zone collaboration.

4. Self‑Driven & Independent

   • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
   • Proactively identify problems and propose solutions.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) – Required.
• Basic Mandarin communication ability is a plus to liaise with stakeholders in Mainland China.

Nice to Have

• Experience in energy, energy storage, IoT, or device management platform design.
• Experience in Design System development or maintenance.
• B2B / SaaS product design experience.
• Experience working with international or remote teams.
