Responsibilities
- You conceptualize and design user-centered experiences for our digital banking channels from the initial idea to the validated solution concept and accompany the implementation in an interdisciplinary team.
- You analyze complex processes, customer needs, and usage contexts and transform them into simple, intuitive, and effective customer experiences.
- You optimize digital customer journeys with regard to user needs, understandability, closing strength, and conversion, and bring new impulses into the UX discipline, especially in the areas of design systems, data-driven product development, accessibility, and AI in the design process.
- You develop user flows, information architectures, navigation concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- You design UI components and visual designs and actively contribute to the further development of a consistent and scalable design system.
- You plan, conduct, and interpret usability, accessibility, and concept tests and use qualitative and quantitative insights to specifically improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Interaction Design, UX Design, Business Informatics, (Business) Psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in designing digital products (native apps like iOS/Android, responsive web applications, or websites), including very good knowledge in developing UX concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping (preferably with Figma).
- Experience in designing and optimizing conversion-oriented customer journeys with a focus on simplicity, trust, and conversion.
- Experience working with design systems, ideally also in building or further developing such systems.
- Experience in designing accessible solutions (including user testing) as well as knowledge of common standards like WCAG; conscious and reflected use of AI-powered tools in the design process.
- Assertiveness and communication skills to convincingly justify and represent UX decisions to stakeholders.
Compensation
Pensum: 80–100 %. Arbeitsort: Bern / Homeoffice. Anstellungsdauer: unbefristet. Lohnrange: CHF 110’000 bis CHF 125’000 pro Jahr bei 100 % Pensum. Der konkrete Lohn richtet sich nach Profil und Erfahrung und kann leicht unter oder über dieser Bandbreite liegen.
