Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior UX Designer for our client from the biotechnology industry.

Salary

Salary: from 760 to 820 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

Responsibilities

• Designing user experiences for data-driven products, including dashboards, analytics, and KPI-focused solutions
• Creating and improving AI-powered interfaces, combining chat and traditional UI experiences
• Collaborating with AI tools to generate ideas, prototypes, and solutions
• Working daily with tools such as Figma, GitLab, and AI-powered platforms
• Supporting and improving development processes through automation and design-to-code integrations
• Defining the best ways to present information, including data visualizations and conversational experiences
• Creating and optimizing UX content, including UX writing and microcopy
• Participating in experimental AI-related initiatives and helping shape modern product delivery processes

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong experience designing data-driven products, especially dashboards, analytics platforms, and KPI-based interfaces
• Highly proficient in Figma and comfortable working with design systems
• Fluent English communication skills (C1/C2)
• Experience delivering MVPs and working in an iterative product development approach
• Understanding of collaboration with development teams, including tools and processes such as Git, GitLab, and ticketing systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with UX writing and creating microcopy
• Experience designing conversational interfaces, such as chatbots or AI assistants
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs such as Claude or similar solutions
• Knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling principles
• Experience with process automation and design-to-code workflows
