With significant recent growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment - someone confident in leading UX / UI projects while navigating stakeholder discussions at all levels.

This role requires both technical skill in UX and graphic design, as well as the personal resilience to handle high‑pressure situations and manage complex project dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for high-performance applications, including virtual control interfaces and next-generation user systems.
• Create precision user interfaces for real-time operational software (e.g., tactical displays, AR overlays, advanced command systems).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design architects, strategists, and engineers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive solutions across multiple levels of the business.
• Combine UX expertise with a strong graphic design foundation (typography, layout, UI architecture).
• Champion iterative design through user testing, feedback loops, and performance evaluations.

What You'll Work On
