Wir suchen ab sofort einen Senior UX-Designer/Researcher. Zusammen mit dir bauen wir einen neuen, internen Bereich bei der Tamedia AG auf, um unsere digitalen Tamedia Produkte zu unterstützen.

What You Can Expect

• Development of new and optimization of existing products
• Development of wireframes / prototypes as well as concept development
• Close collaboration with product owners, product managers, software developers, and all stakeholders
• Responsibility for state-of-the-art user flows and designs
• Leading, organizing, and evaluating research, testing, and feedback processes
• A portion of your time will be dedicated to new, internal innovation projects

What You Bring

• At least three to five years of professional experience
• High degree of personal responsibility and teamwork skills
• Extensive experience with wireframing / prototyping, user research, and user testing
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Strong creative flair
• Familiarity with Scrum, Design Thinking & Co.
• Ability to visualize and present ideas through compelling concepts and HTML / CSS / JS prototypes
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent German language skills
• A good sense of humor
