Your Responsibilities:

• You conceptualize and design holistic user experiences for complex digital products throughout the entire product development process.
• You work closely with Product Owners and Engineering Teams in agile setups (Scrum or SAFe), actively contributing the user perspective to decision-making processes.
• You plan and conduct UX activities from discovery through conception to validation.
• You apply UX methods purposefully, e.g., User Research, Interviews, Workshops, Customer Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, and Usability Testing.
• You derive well-founded UX and Interaction Design concepts from user and business requirements.
• You develop design solutions for web and mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), considering platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
• You collaborate closely with engineering teams, ensuring efficient cooperation between design and development.
• You utilize and further develop existing design systems, create new components, and support their consistent application in projects – including working with variables and token-based design foundations (Design Tokens).
• You use design systems as a basis for consistent and scalable UX across multiple products.
• You integrate accessibility requirements according to WCAG standards into design solutions and components.
• You evaluate concepts and prototypes together with users and stakeholders.
• You use modern tools, including AI-supported approaches, for creating UX artifacts, documentation, and concept development.
• You actively contribute your experience in reviews, workshops, and the further development of UX practices within the teams.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies (ETH, Uni, FH) with a focus on User Experience, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, ideally in complex product or enterprise environments.
• In-depth experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, and UX methodology.
• Experience in User Research and validation methods.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile setups (Scrum or SAFe).
• Experience in designing web applications and ideally mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Experience in building, maintaining, and evolving design systems, as well as knowledge of variable- and design token-based systems.
• Understanding of design-to-code processes and basic frontend knowledge (HTML & CSS) – no programming skills required.
• Thorough understanding of accessibility and barrier-free design according to WCAG.
• Very good knowledge of Figma (Components, Libraries, Variables).
• Experience or interest in using AI in the UX and design process is a plus.
• Systemic thinking ability and structured approach to complex problem-solving.
• Strong communication and moderation skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Fluent in German (native or C2) and English (B2 or better).
