About the Role

Senior UI/UX Designer – Location: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are building a Healthcare GCC Design Function to support multiple global healthcare products and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior UI/UX Designer will design scalable, compliant, and accessible experiences across diverse healthcare applications delivered on web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms.

You will act as a design bridge between global product stakeholders and GCC engineering teams, transforming business and clinical needs into intuitive, safe, and high‑performance user experiences.

Requirements / Experience

• 8+ years in UI/UX
• At least 4 years in enterprise product design
• Web & mobile experience
• Ability to translate business needs into UX
• Design system artifacts
• Motion design
• UX writing
• Knowledge of AI design tools
• Experience with analytics & BI UX
