Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team in Makurdi, Benue, NG. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface design for our cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into seamless and effective designs
• Defining user flows
• Developing design systems
• Conducting usability testing
• Iterating on designs based on feedback and data analysis
• Contributing to establishing and maintaining design best practices within the organization

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX/UI design projects across web and mobile platforms
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design is required
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is essential
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design aesthetics is a must
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively articulate design decisions and work within a multidisciplinary team
