Senior UX/UI Designer, Digital Products

Key responsibilities include conducting user interviews and usability testing, creating user personas and journey maps, designing intuitive navigation systems, and crafting visually compelling interfaces. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, and the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. This position requires a proactive individual who can champion design best practices, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the evolution of our client's design system. Responsibilities: Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design solutions. Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant designs. Ensure consistency and coherence across all product interfaces. Champion user-centered design principles and best practices. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis. Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects. Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Familiarity with agile development processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
