Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience of their innovative digital products. This role is fully remote, offering the chance to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on user‑centered design. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high‑fidelity prototyping and final visual design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions. This position demands a deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and modern design tools.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Creating user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
- Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
- Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the overall design culture of the team.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
- Presenting design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Location
