Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the Creative & Digital space, seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fully remote product development team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface design for our suite of enterprise software solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user‑centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, with a proven ability to design for complex applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and high‑fidelity visual design.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and task flows to understand and articulate user needs.
• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
• Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
• Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
• Champion user‑centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design standards and systems.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of product design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on enterprise software or complex web applications.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with design systems is a significant plus.
