About the role
What are you working on? • The name of the project(s): Casual Puzzle Game • At what stage of the project(s)? Live • Genres: Puzzle, Casual • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android We are a team of ~20 talented developers, artists, and designers creating innovative casual puzzle games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our design team, working closely with the Art Director and taking a key role in evolving our live mobile games. You will help shape the player experience of our live mobile titles, designing for casual puzzle games that reach a global audience of millions. This role combines product thinking, game UX expertise, and high-quality UI craft. Team size and structure? 20 For which tasks (responsibilities)? • Create UX and UI design for new features — from early concept and wireframes to polished in-game implementation
• Design intuitive player flows, menus, HUDs, popups, and feature interfaces
• Create visually compelling, high-quality UI elements aligned with the game’s visual language
• Collaborate closely with product managers, game designers, artists, and developers to bring features to life
• Take full ownership of features end-to-end, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery
• Continuously improve player experience using data insights, usability principles, and player behavior analysis
• Balance clarity, delight, and monetization considerations in feature design
• Maintain, expand, and refine the game’s UI design system for consistency and scalability
• Proactively propose creative solutions and innovative design ideas
What kind of professional are we looking for? • 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in the gaming industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows and polished UI for shipped products
• Experience designing for live products with ongoing feature updates
• Deep understanding of player-centered design and free-to-play UX patterns
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working closely with developers (Unity experience is an advantage)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate game design and product goals into intuitive player experiences
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
