Responsibilities: Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity design. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Design comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency and scalability. Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation. Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and usability testing results. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Present design solutions and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients. Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices. Champion user advocacy throughout the product development lifecycle. Contribute to the strategic direction of digital product design initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web and mobile application designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices. Experience in creating and managing design systems. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
