What awaits you

• Customer Journey Mapping & End-to-End Experience: You will develop, analyze, and visualize holistic customer journeys across all relevant touchpoints, ensuring that digital experiences are consistent, user-centered, and purposefully aligned with the needs of our customers.
• UX Conception & User Centricity: You will translate complex requirements with a focus on retail securities processes into intuitive, user-centered solutions, ensuring that the needs of users are consistently considered throughout the entire design process.
• UI Design & Prototyping: You will develop high-quality user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design System & Design Tokens: You will contribute your experience to the further development of our design system as well as to the maintenance and standardization of components. Knowledge of design tokens is desirable.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You will work closely with product owners, development teams, business units, and other stakeholders, actively contributing the UX perspective to conception, prioritization, and implementation.
• Quality & Further Development: You will ensure a high level of quality in the design of digital products and continuously develop existing design processes and standards.

What you bring

• You have a completed degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital environment, ideally in the financial sector, and have experience in designing securities or brokerage processes as well as holistic customer journeys.
• You convince with profound UX knowledge, experience in the conception of digital products, and are familiar with common UX/UI tools.
• You have practical experience in the development and maintenance of design systems and understand their structure and scalability; knowledge of design tokens is desirable.
• You have experience in interdisciplinary teams, understand the interface between design and development, and possess very good German and English language skills.
• A compelling portfolio with relevant work samples that underscore your experience in user-centered conception and design of digital experiences completes your profile.
