About the Role

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the development of OTP's autonomous recruiting infrastructure. This foundational leadership role is pivotal in transforming technical hiring practices.

As the VP of Engineering, you will:

• Oversee the entire engineering organization, which includes data infrastructure, AI/ML systems, and client-facing products.
• Architect systems that optimize sourcing, scoring, matching, and candidate engagement on a scalable basis.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and implement the technical vision.

What You Will Encounter:

This role offers a dynamic environment with:

• A live production system featuring daily autonomous sourcing pipelines across various clients.
• Multi-agent orchestration capable of handling candidate research, engagement, and pipeline management.
• A 63,500+ node relationship graph enriched with vector embeddings.
• Custom server infrastructure in support of our marketing capabilities.
• Real clients, real revenue, and successful candidate placements—this is not a greenfield role; you will be scaling an already established foundation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in building and leading engineering teams at high-growth startups, particularly those transitioning from Series A funding through to significant scaling.
• In-depth expertise in AI/ML systems, data infrastructure, and platform engineering.
• A solid understanding of recruitment and marketplace dynamics to design intelligent systems suited to these fields.
• Experience working in dual capacities as both an architect and a leader.
• Comfortable with equity-heavy compensation, reflecting your belief in the vision we are creating.
