About the Role

The Company is looking for a proactive and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of Distributed Ledger Technology APIs and client system integrations. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team and engage directly with end users and clients to pinpoint and implement solutions that address essential functional needs.

Your responsibilities will include creating a strategic product roadmap, guiding the development of product data models and APIs, and regularly updating executive management on the progress of critical strategic initiatives. We seek a candidate with a strong background in product management within a fast-paced, agile setting, complemented by technical expertise in financial technology.

Key responsibilities of this management-level position encompass: • Mentoring and coaching team members • Proposing and shaping team structure and growth • Maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout all initiatives

The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver and critical thinker who thrives in uncertain conditions. You should possess a history of effectively influencing partnerships, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and have a solid technical background, particularly in SQL and API integrations. While experience in data engineering and quantitative science is preferred, it is not mandatory. This role suits someone who is determined to see initiatives through to completion, understands business impact, and can adeptly manage multiple requests and requirements.
