Job Summary

A Senior Visual Designer is a strategic creative lead responsible for translating business and marketing goals into compelling, high-quality visual solutions across print, digital, and UI platforms. They establish design systems, manage end-to-end execution, and frequently mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating complex creative briefs into polished, platform-native assets (including presentations, social media, and web UI).
• Ensuring visual consistency across all corporate identity (CI) guidelines, whether working with a single brand or managing multiple sub-brands.

Key Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on in-house marketing or agency environments.
