A well-established, employee-focused firm is rebuilding its municipal practice in Albany and seeks a Project Manager to take ownership of projects, client relationships, and mentorship, with the vision for this professional to transition into a Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Lead wastewater projects from design through town approvals
• Manage public construction contracts and bids
• Mentor junior engineers and develop staff
• Strengthen and maintain municipal client relationships
• Oversee water/wastewater infrastructure projects

Requirements

• 15+ years municipal engineering experience (11+ considered for exceptional candidates)
• NY PE license required
• Strong project management & client-facing skills
• Knowledge of NY public contracts & procurement
• AutoCAD Civil 3D; Hydraulic modeling/WaterCAD a plus

Compensation & Benefits
