Senior Web Developer

Your role in the team

• As a Senior Web Developer, you will be primarily responsible for continuously developing, optimizing, and ensuring the technical future-readiness of our web applications.
• You develop and optimize modern web applications with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability — even with increasing user numbers.
• You independently refactor organically grown frontend and web codebases, bringing structure, clarity, and technical quality to existing solutions.
• You continuously integrate new features and improvements, ensuring stable releases without disrupting ongoing operations.
• You utilize advanced debugging and analysis tools (Browser DevTools, profiling, logging) to identify issues precisely and resolve them sustainably.
• You independently design and improve frontend and web architectures (e.g., component structures, state management, API integrations).
• You take responsibility for code quality, performance, and technical standards in the web environment.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Design, and Backend Development, translating technical requirements into clean, user-oriented web solutions.
• You share your knowledge, support mid- and junior developers through reviews, feedback, and technical sparring.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Proficient in state management, component design, and web performance optimization.
• A basic understanding of backend architectures (e.g., NodeJS or .NET) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

• Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
• Experience with testing in the web environment (e.g., XUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, or similar).
• Knowledge of Git as well as experience with Jira or comparable ticketing systems.
