Responsibilities
- Own technical execution across Workday modules and manage release readiness
- Configure HCM and Recruiting modules, build advanced reports, and maintain security models
- Build and maintain integrations and implement analytics and automation solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience
- Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Integrations, Security, and Prism
- Strong experience in building Workday integrations and expertise in security configuration
- Experience with Prism Analytics and exposure to Workday Extend
- Proven ability to deliver complex platform initiatives end-to-end
