Senior/Junior Software Backend C++ Developers

Role Overview

You will be joining DRIMCo GmbH, a Munich-based startup focused on digitizing industrial requirements in tender documents and optimizing business processes using AI and NLP technologies. As a (Senior/Junior) C++ Backend Developer, you will play a key role in extending the team's capabilities in applied AI, enhancing AI products, and delivering solutions to customers.

As a (Senior/Junior) C++ Backend Developer, you will play a key role in extending the team's capabilities in applied AI, enhancing AI products, and delivering solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain the C++ based software backend, ensuring high-quality development and translating industrial customers' use cases into solutions

• Participate in the design phase, contribute to final testing, and mentor young colleagues

• Implement logics and connections to external systems via diverse APIs with a focus on continuous optimization of the software

• Develop test and development tools to support the development processes and challenges

• Integrate with update and configuration management tools for seamless operations

• Further develop and maintain the C++ based software backend, ensuring high-quality development and translating industrial customers' use cases into solutions

• Participate in the design phase, contribute to final testing, and mentor young colleagues

Qualifications Required

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

• Designed/implemented server-based applications for enterprise environments with at least 6 years (Senior) or 3 years (Junior) experience

• Good understanding of RDBMS databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, and query optimization

• Experience in backend development with C++ (or Java) and Microsoft Visual Studio

• Knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, data structures, REST APIs, server architecture, microservices, and highly scalable, testable code

• Familiarity with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines, CI / CD pipelines, code versioning, testing & debugging tools

• Proficiency in product development methodologies and modern software design

• Familiarity with other development languages like C# and .NET framework

• Strong team spirit, teamwork orientation, and commitment to high-quality outcomes
